Self-Watering Elevated Cedar Planter Box, 2' x 4'
We didn't think we could make our best-selling 2' x 4' Elevated Planter Box any better — but that didn't stop us from trying! In addition to the huge harvests, good looks, and durable materials this planter box is already known for, we supercharged this planter with self-watering convenience!
Ideal for deck or patio growing, this perfectly sized garden box with a 10" planting depth supports bountiful harvests of veggies, fruits, flowers, and herbs! At 29" high, it's also great for no-bend gardening, so you can grow and tend more comfortably. For even more successful growing, we added 10 gallons of self-watering capacity from 2 connected reservoirs, extending time between waterings and creating more even moisture throughout the bed. In tests, our crops grew stronger, taller, and faster!
Like our other Vermont-made raised beds, the rot-resistant cedar sides are held in place with our rust-resistant, industrial-strength Lifetime aluminum corners.
For best results, we recommend filling with 9 bags of our premium potting mixes:
